What next?

After our initial contact you will take your time to qualify us as professional estate agents and with your approval we will then move quickly to put into action the most appropriate marketing plan for your property.

You will need to give us written permission to market you property in a very informal mediation agreement required by law, were conditions are set, such as the duration of the agreement and our service fee.

We will report to you on regular basis providing feedback on all aspects of the marketing campaign and with your approval make any necessary adjustments.
