Milena was born and raised in the Algarve, she is a truly passionate about her homeland and very proud of her roots. She is a peoples person, very sociable, motivated with plenty of energy.
She studied Tourism at the Universidade do Algarve and gained a lot of experience working in PGA Portugalia Airlines, Tap Air Portugal as well as some travel agencies .
Looking for a new experience, she started in the Real Estate business in 2005 and immediately knew that she wanted to pursue this as a career, finding it very interesting and rewarding.
